Tersia Ramakutoane from Elandsrand in Brits is currently a grade 11 learner at Hartbeespoort High School.
“I was a passionate ballet dancer for 10 years, but during lockdown the ballet school closed and then I got into modelling and this led to my entry into the Miss Teenager SA pageant,” she says.
“Through the pageant platform I hope to accomplish a multitude of goals, including my advocacy around mental health issues and
bring awareness to the youth. It is something I am passionate about. I want to use this platform to inspire and empower youth to normalise talking about mental health issues and seeking help. This pageant will help me gain valuable experience and personal growth, ultimately leaving a lasting impact on my community and society as a whole.”
